Welcome to the Centerville Center Township Public Library. We are a small library, serving a population of 7,344 in Centerville, Indiana. We are located in the Historic District on the National Road just west of Richmond, Indiana in what originally was the old sheriff’s residence and jail. It was also home to several local residents and most recently was the Hiram Masonic Lodge Building. The facility houses close to 40,000 books, periodicals, videos, DVDs, cassettes, CDs and talking books for all ages for circulation and reference. We serve the community not only as a library, but as a meeting place, a place to relax and a place where everyone can feel comfortable and at home. Our staff strives to make the environment inviting, and is available to help anyone find whatever they may need or want in the way of entertainment or information.
